MindPower, Inc. was formed in 1998 as a retained executive search firm.

In 2001, MindPower acquired Talent Resources, Inc. (established in 1983) in order to enter the temporary staffing industry and provide our clients with a total staffing solution.

In 2002, MindPower aquired Staffing Team, Inc. (established in 1993) in order to deepen and broaden the services provided in the contract and project based arena.
